Instead of displaying products, we use big and small stories to showcase the people who trust the brand – and make it credible as a result.

Behind the scenes

Good storytelling needs a holistic approach. That means not only communicating across all channels – it starts with how you prepare the stories. For Schneider, we are focusing on real personalities, in-depth interviews and professional photo shoots. How did that look in practice? We accompanied the protagonist Jeanette on a walk through the Black Forest – her former home as well as one of Schneider’s locations. An entire production team was with us and created something special: individual content that captures the connection between Schneider and Jeanette in an extensive documentary.

The new storytelling strategy begins in the new product catalogue with a calligraphy artist who has a passion for poetry. Jeannette Mokosch talks about her life – how she discovered writing and art, her successes and setbacks, and what gives her pleasure today. What has been her constant companion? Schneider writing instruments of course!

Little stories open new worlds

In our new storytelling concept, dry chapter markers between the individual product categories are replaced by moments from real life when Schneider writing instruments are used: in a hectic canteen kitchen, in warm-hearted letters to loved ones, in the workshop or office, or when bringing a creative project to life.
