KESSEL AG’s marketing relies on a wide-ranging network of creative service providers who have to be introduced to the new corporate design. As lead agency, we carry out this task in an ongoing process based on a collaborative service culture instead of restrictive prescriptions.

Corporate design film

The corporate design film serves as a motivator and introduction to meetings with other service providers. In order to onboard them in their native tongue, the film is available in German and English as well as four additional languages.

KESSEL Brandportal

In the KESSEL Brandportal, creative service providers always find the latest information and guidelines regarding the KESSEL brand. It provides an overview of the brand identity, application rules for basic elements such as the logo, colours or fonts, and practical guides on various media formats. With this, we support users in creating high-quality communication media for KESSEL with maximum efficiency.

The KESSEL Brandportal is open to all visitors. This way, service providers can access the information as easily as possible.

Corporate design fan

The corporate design fan is a gift we’ve created for KESSEL’s service providers that serves as a friendly activator as well as a compact work of reference: We printed the KESSEL Brandportal’s most important German and English content on both sides of a fan such as those typically used for colour catalogues. Then, during the corporate design rollout, we sent it to the service providers together with a personal message to make them aware of the changed guidelines and provide them with a convenient work implement.

Help desk

Our dedicated KESSEL help desk is an important means to shape our communication with other service providers as an inclusive dialogue. Here, the latter do not only receive assistance in case of questions or problems but also give feedback on the collaboration with us as lead agency. Based on this, we continue to develop the implementation measures such as the KESSEL Brandportal as well as our own workflows.
