The global player from Lenting used the opening of ISH 2025 to present its sharpened brand identity to the public for the first time. We designed the unusual stand concept and developed the internal and external communication measures for the launch.

ISH in Frankfurt is the world’s leading trade fair for water, heating and air. It is the central meeting place where all professionals in the industry come together. KESSEL used this event to launch the new era of the brand. On an impressive exhibition stand measuring around 140 square metres, we staged mastering water with a strong stand concept, which was realised by the stand builder CON4COM! The highlight was the 10 metre by 4.5 metre LED wall with a varied display concept. The current highlight products were also presented on an LED tower in the centre of the stand.

Of course, a trade fair stand should primarily attract attention and bring footfall to the stand and I can only say: goal achieved!

Focus on products

The large LED wall amazed trade fair visitors with breathtaking images from the image film, interesting quiz questions to keep them guessing and high-quality product renderings. On the tower, on the other hand, the facts were the stars: here, the products and their special features were at the centre of the trade fair communication. At the same time, the surf simulator was integrated at the front of the stand, which made people stop and look around with curiosity.

At the trade fair stand, it was possible to experience how multifaceted the meta-theme of ‘water’ can be realised. Where emotional images took your breath away and interesting facts broadened your horizons, there was still room for fun: the surf simulator allowed visitors to show what they could do when it came to mastering water, and with a bit of luck they could win a SUP board. Likeable rubber ducks in the KESSEL look also became an original souvenir of an eventful day at the trade fair.

The trade fair appearance at ISH 2025 was accompanied by a concerted, three-stage communication concept. It started with a landing page with a prominently placed countdown that aroused curiosity and built up excitement. During the trade fair, the landing page became an information hub where everything important about the trade fair appearance and the products on display could be found. When the ISH was over, the landing page became a platform for a comprehensive review of the trade fair.
